Update from the Transport Research Arena in Budapest
Pods4rail is at the Transport Research Arena in Budapest. On Monday 18/5 Pods4Rail gave a presentation at the EURNEX Exhibition booth explaining the vision of a supermodal mobility going beyond traditional multimodal transport. The key idea is “Mobility as One Journey.” A supermodal mobility system combines rail, road and other mobility services into one continuous experience — digital and physical. Digital platforms, autonomous vehicles, and infrastructure work together as one coordinated ecosystem. Maria Traunmüller from moddley made a great presentation to the audience at the booth. Among them Judit Sándor, Programme Manager for FA7 at Europe’s Rail Joint Undertaking.
